Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you decide that Sapphire is not for you, you may email us any time and let us know.
For Monthly Subscribers, you can cancel any time, and your account will remain active until the 30th day of your current subscription, with no more future charges to be billed to your account. Please note that there is no refund for the month(s) already paid.
For Subscribers to the 3 month Promotion, subscriptions are prorated on monthly, 30 day intervals. For example, if you subscribed to our 3 month promotion, and you cancel on the 23rd day, you will continue to have access until the 30th day, and be charged for the first month, with the last 2 unused months refunded to you. If you cancel on the 34th day, you will continue to have access until the 60th day, and be charged for the first two months, with the last unused month refunded to you.
For Yearly Subscribers, we offer a full refund during the first 30 days of your subscription (the trial period) if you pay by credit card and do not access our latest Pick of the Month. After the first 30 days, or if you have accessed our latest Pick of the Month, there is no refund for the yearly subscription.
