What is your Cancelation and Refund Policy?
For Monthly Subscribers, if you decide that SIMETRI is not for you, you may email us any time and no future charges will be billed to your account. Your account will remain active until the 30th day of your current subscription. Please note that there are no refunds for monthly subscriptions.
For Yearly Subscribers, we offer a full refund for yearly subscribers during the first 30 days of your subscription (only for Credit Card payments). If you are not completely satisfied with SIMETRI you may cancel at any time during the first 30 days of your subscription and you will receive the refunded amount in 5 to 10 business days. Your access to SIMETRI will be cancelled on the day of the request of cancellation.
Crypto transactions are NOT refundable.
